Responsible for overseeing FLMA process.
Responsible for employee relations programs for the facility.
Assist with the resolution of business challenges and process improvement.
Responsible for training programs.
Performance Reviews for employees.
Monthly audits of I-9s, E-verify, ER log, pre-employment, AAP, and other required processes.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:
PHR or SPHR certified
Bilingual English/Spanish

Description:
Process payroll within ADP Vantage
Compile payroll data such as hours worked, taxes, and insurance to be withheld
Work with managers to make any needed corrections to employee time cards
Validate employee change requests and adjustment calculations are processed correctly
Process wage garnishment, void and manual checks
Federal, State and local taxation and reporting
Address employee questions concerning pay and payroll deductions
Work with ADP on payroll related issues and feature enhancements
Collaborate with internal HR teams for data integrity and system alignment

Human Resources Manager
The Human Resources Manager reports to the Director, Human Resources and is responsible for overseeing the HR functions for the North East manufacturing site. The Human Resources Manager will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: full-cycle recruitment for both hourly and salaried staff, on-boarding, workforce planning, talent development, change management, employee relations, performance management, health and safety, compensation, employment law and compliance, and HR reporting.
Provide sound advice and coaching to department managers on all HR related areas that impact the plant.
Responsible for employee relations issues, including attendance management, conflict management and the progressive discipline process.
Builds effective relationships with departments to understand their business goals and to identify and implement solutions that align with organizational strategies.
Full cycle recruitment.
Leads talent management programs, including performance review, individual development plans and succession planning.
Create and execute on-boarding programs.
Optimize business processes in Workday to create efficiencies for the HR team.
Participates in plant staff meetings.
Generate reports to conduct regular audits.
