Lauren Taylor

Managing Partner
Lauren is the founder and Managing Partner of HR Source Staffing with a decade of experience in temporary staffing and permanent placement. She has a proven track record of bringing skilled HR consultants to companies ranging from small to Fortune 500 with consistent results. Her attention to detail and personal touch have endeared her to her clientele and have resulted in a steady stream of repeat business. Lauren also places great emphasis on the culture and diversity needs of her clients. Her prior experience in counseling has benefited her with the candidate selection process and relationship management.

Allison Brignon

MARKETING & RECRUITING ASSOCIATE
Allison is a graduate of Illinois State University and began her career as a teacher of special needs students in suburban Chicago where she developed curriculums to support their unique needs. Allison joined HR Source Staffing in 2018 and supports the marketing and recruiting functions for the firm. Her attention to detail and relationship management delivers customer satisfaction. She works closely with her clients to understand needs and culture to place “right fit” candidates.

Diana has worked in the staffing industry since 2014. Diana’s background is in marketing and advertising having spent time with Hearst Publishing and National Geographic earlier in her career. That experience brings a great understanding of how to market HR Source’s services to the industry thus creating greater awareness and relevance. She loves working with people which shows in her customer management style.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE/DATA ANALYST
Rob is our data analyst responsible for identifying market opportunities, reaching out to potential clients and supporting recruiting needs. He has helped build HR Source’s CRM platform and maintains this platform on a daily basis to ensure the most current and pertinent information is available. Rob’s business intelligence and analytical skills have provided senior leadership with the tools needed to deliver “best fit” candidates.
