The Vice President, Total Rewards is a key executive level role accountable for transforming total rewards at by innovating and executing a sophisticated, impactful total rewards strategy that attracts superior talent, motivates, and retains top performers, while being fully aligned with the business strategy and people plan.

*Salary $250K Plus 30% Bonus and Relo Assistance

Change leader who thrives on continuous improvement and development of innovative solutions to support strategic priorities. Lead business as a market-leading employer. This includes defining and operationalizing the Total Rewards strategy and ensuring that it is embraced broadly across the organization. Must have a proven track record of creating innovative, industry-leading rewards strategies and programs.

Build, lead and manage our Total Rewards team.

Collaborate and partner with leadership to understand the challenges related to compensation, benefits, and other reward programs and key issues in attracting, motivating and retaining high quality, diverse talent.

Must have depth of expertise in designing innovative compensation and benefits models across different employee segments and have experience with executive compensation program design and governance.

Direct the overall global compensation and benefits function to ensure programs are competitive, balanced and achieve desired behaviors and results that are closely aligned to business strategies.

Implement total rewards philosophy and programs while driving fairness and compliance in pay practices and policies.

Participate in Board level discussions and recommendations on design of Executive compensation issues.

Establish and measure key compensation and benefit program metrics to understand the effectiveness of our total rewards strategy.

Lead annual strategic planning, in partnership with Finance, on company-wide rewards programs and budgets.

Develop strategies to drive employee awareness and understanding of all compensation and benefit programs.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree required.

Senior level leadership experience in a strategic total rewards capacity.

Prior experience with productivity-based compensation modeling; either Consulting, Accounting, Sales.

Prior experience working with senior leadership and shareholders with demonstrated success in influencing and driving total rewards initiatives and change.

Proven track record in creating and managing innovative total reward programs in a fast-paced work environment; comfortable with building out of the box total rewards solutions to solve problems.

Prior experience leading a team of compensation and benefits professionals.
