Temp to hire Payroll Specialist
Temp to hire Payroll Specialist need using Oracle Fusion for large nationwide company. The primary function of the Payroll Specialist is to ensure that pay related transactions are timely and accurately entered, balanced and validated in the payroll system, to process and review all employment tax filings and to maintain payroll general ledger accounts. The role provides payroll services to an organization of 4000+ U.S. based employees.
Must have experience with Fusion HCM Payroll.
Must have worked on US payroll support and year end payroll activities.
Must have experience in conducting CRP sessions & Requirement workshops for one business lifecycle.
Must demonstrate proven abilities and success with Fusion application modules.
Consistently produces clear, concise status reports.
Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into documents.
Strong customer handling skills and ability to lead and mentor team-members.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly.
Ability to multi task and still stay focused on release priorities in Fusion context.
Minimum of one year experience in a Functional Lead role
