Temp to hire Human Resource/Employee Relations need in Morrow, GA. Must have manufacturing or distribution experience. Responsible for human resources services, including FLMA, STD, ADA, compensation, training and development, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions. As a member of the management team will have direct reports.
Responsible for overseeing Employee Relations process.
Responsible for overseeing FLMA process.
Responsible for employee relations programs for the facility.
Assist with the resolution of business challenges and process improvement.
Responsible for training programs.
Performance Reviews for employees.
Monthly audits of I-9s, E-verify, ER log, pre-employment, AAP, and other required processes.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

PHR or SPHR certified
AS400, Kronos, Ceridian, or Workday experience
MS Office: Excel, Word and Power Point
Knowledge of Affirmative Action Plans and Illinois Employment Law
Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Thorough knowledge of employment law
Must possess a high degree of cultural awareness and sensitivity
Solid business knowledge and state/federal employment law
3 Years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing
