National Staff Recruiter opportunity with top Chicago law firm to provide excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of requisitions while building strong partnerships with hiring managers to drive talent search strategies to attract and retain top talent. The firm will invest in your professional development.

Take ownership of full life cycle recruitment process from sourcing, screening, and selection while adhering to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion guidelines to negotiation offer and close ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

Source high-quality talent through databases and social media; build networks to find qualified passive candidates; keep abreast of employment laws and legislation.

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, positive results, and credibility by providing an effective and consultative service.

Advise hiring managers on the current job market, available talent and conduct a competitive analysis to ensure timely hiring; deliver high-quality candidates while maintaining excellent relationships.

Develop and communicate recommendations to hiring managers based on knowledge of the markets, current trends, candidate and talent strategies.

Demonstrate proactive follow-up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure the timeliness of the recruitment process.

Provide concise and proactive communication to candidates and all levels of management.

Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent, and identification of top performers.





• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of experience and training.

• Minimum of five years’ experience in recruitment preferably in a law firm or related service industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Knowledge of Workday, viRecruit, or a similar applicant tracking system a plus.
