Compensation Consultant – Joliet, IL

Candidate will take the responsibility of updating the College administrator and professional compensation study done in 2018/19 with new market data. The candidate will also conduct the following:
- Internal equity review
- Compensation comparison analysis
- Manage related recommendations (eg: leveling guides, policy/procedure)
- Approximately 120 people
Other responsibilities include:
- Serve as mentor/advisor/resource to the existing compensation and benefits manager
- Advise on compensation structure and methodology for the merger of two unions
- Support and clerical
- Establish pay grades
- Evaluate titles and more
- Other policy/project work as designated
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of compensation administration experience
- Proficient with Excel
- On-site when needed
