Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

This position reports to the director talent acquisition and provides support to clients and senior leadership across the organization. Ability to strategically design talent acquisition strategies to secure the best talent and lead talent acquisition activities for expansions, reorganizations and restructures. Responsible for all talent acquisition activities for exempt and non-exempt level hires.

Manages talent acquisition activities across the US enterprise. This includes managing external vendors who support the talent acquisition process.
Work with managers at all levels and assists them in developing plans to secure talent for their open positions.

Manage the recruiting process; able to identify areas of improvement and implement change.

Ability to manage external partners in the talent acquisition process such.
Collaborate with internal HR partners in developing strategies to manage current and future headcount.

Ability to develop compensation offers based on current employee data and market trends.

Experience in using talent acquisition metrics and the ability to implement strategies to improve results.

Must be able to act strategically manage tactical job requirements.

Qualifications:

Must have a strong talent acquisition background in pharmaceuticals and able to travel 15%.

Bachelor’s degree and at least 5-7 years leadership experience in Staffing/Talent Acquisition.

Master’s degree preferred.

Must have high level of energy and commitment to accomplishing results; excellent leadership and project management; strong interpersonal communications and organizational savvy; and building strong teams.
Must have a generalist background with expertise in talent acquisition and knowledge of employee relations, compensation and benefits.

Must be an expert in sourcing candidates, defining requisite competencies, interviewing skills and using other screening resources. Ability to present a positive picture of the clients opportunity. Must have the ability to gain an understanding of the business in order to define competencies.

Must be able to train and influence to improve the selection process.
