iCIMS Onboarding Assistance

Onboarding Specialist works as a supportive and cooperative HR team member providing the best potential customer service. Our client is in need of temporary iCIMS onboarding assistance in Hyde Park, IL.

Develop and maintain successful working relationships with management to provide effective HR processes, support and customer service.

Communicate with other departments, employees, applicants, administrators, and staff to provide assistance regarding new hires, transfers, promotions, and personnel records.

Completion of all enrollment forms through iCIMS platform.

Prepare and send candidates new hire paperwork; including offer letter, background form, and employee agreements.

Manage and maintain process flows for new employees onboarding with organization including but not limited to; following up on offer letters, ensuring proper documentation is complete.

Serve as an ambassador for the organization and department and provide superior internal and external customer service.
