The Compensation Manager is responsible for providing expert compensation counsel and management of broad based and executive compensation programs at the Corporate and enterprise level.
Partner with the VP Total Rewards to develop the enterprise broad based and executive compensation strategies.
Design and manage the broad based compensation programs for the Corporate office.
Lead the administration of executive compensation programs including long term incentive, annual incentive, non qualified deferred compensation and executive job evaluations.
Partner with Operating Company HR and Business leadership to develop, analyze, and implement incentive and executive compensation programs that support the business strategies.
Provide expert counsel to Operating Company HR and Business leadership on compensation issues related to company pay structures, pay change recommendations, new hire offers, wage and hour regulations, policy/procedure interpretation, incentive programs, etc.
Manage the annual merit planning process for the Corporate office. Work with HRIS to ensure the Workday system is optimized to support the business processes.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and 8 or more years of compensation related experience including incentive compensation
