Compensation Analyst need to support education organization and recommends pay decisions that support overall strategy and compensation philosophy. Must have knowledge of compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. Analyst develops and utilizes report analytics to ensure non-executive new hire salary placements are at a competitive level.
Analyst will help to conduct job analyses and recommend appropriate salary grades or market rates for specific jobs according to market driven guidelines.
Job evaluations for content and prepares job descriptions reflecting job responsibilities, activities, duties and requirements
Assists with the development, implementation and administration of compensation policies and programs
Leveling within a modified Hay structure preferred
Data entry related to payroll processing
Market data/benchmark review
Prepares data files to upload
Excel (VLookup and Pivot Tables)
